Inclement Weather Policy:  In the event of Inclement weather (ice, snow) during these winter months please call (973-584-6664) before coming to class.  If we make the decision to close and cancel class we will leave a message on our telephone voice mail at least one-hour prior to the start of class.  Your safety is very important to us and we will not hold a class if the road conditions are unsafe.

At Yoga West we teach the classical form of Hatha Yoga. Our instructors have been trained in Kripalu, Integral, Vinyasa, and Integrative Yoga Therapy, among others.  A flexible combination of specific methods are designed to develop every aspect of the individual; physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.  The yoga instruction includes specific poses for flexibility, strength, stamina, poise, circulation and stress reduction; proper breathing awareness and deep relaxation for energy and renewal; and meditation for peace, tranquility and clarity of mind.  All classes are taught by "Certified" and experienced instructors.
