At Yoga West we teach the classical form of Hatha Yoga. Our instructors have been trained in Kripalu, Integral, Vinyasa, and Integrative Yoga Therapy, among others. A flexible combination of specific methods are designed to develop every aspect of the individual; physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.
The yoga instruction includes specific poses for flexibility, strength, stamina, poise, circulation and stress reduction; proper breathing awareness and deep relaxation for energy and renewal; and meditation for peace, tranquility and clarity of mind.
All classes are taught by "Certified" and experienced instructors.
