Yoga 101 Workshop

A Very Beginner Level Yoga Workshop  designed for first time students!

11:00 AM to 1:00 PM

$50 for both workshops

 Classes will include breathing techniques, postures, meditation, and relaxation.

This class will prepare you to attend regular group yoga classes with knowledge and confidence.  You will be able to work at your own level and progress at you own pace.
